Piotr Aleksiejczyk

He obtained his education at the WSB University in Poznań. He has been associated with the aviation industry for eight years, where, thanks to his passion for travel and aviation, he co-founded the MYWAY company. Piotr is an expert in organizing business trips, booking flights for groups and planning premium trips for the most demanding clients, proposing unique solutions. Demonstrates extensive knowledge and the ability to fluently navigate reservation systems and airline distribution channels. He is responsible for the operational core of the company and for ongoing communication with clients. At MYWAY he serves as CEO and travel manager.

CMO

Sebastian Skolimowski

A graduate of the University of Warsaw and the Leon Koźmiński University in Warsaw, where he obtained a master's degree in law and business management with specialization in risk management. His professional experience extends to the aviation industry and the renewable energy sector, where he served as Senior Project Manager. Continuously involved in the field of marketing and public relations, he is currently responsible for creating communication strategies, building the brand image and supervising the strategic development of MyWay, serving as a member of the management board responsible for marketing (CMO). Also involved in shaping and implementing the company's long-term business strategy.

Chief Office Manager

Paweł Dąbrowski

A graduate of the University of International Relations and American Studies. From the very beginning of his professional career, he was associated with aviation, working at the airport as a passenger service agent. His greatest experience includes working on board aircraft, including serving VIP customers and managing a team of cabin crew. His passion for aviation and everyday work in this industry prompted him to co-found our company. His organizational skills perfectly fit his role at MYWAY as Chief Office Manager. Additionally, thanks to his thorough education and international experience, he brings a unique perspective on the global aviation market to the team.
